All rooms are non-smoking. Check-in instructions: Identification in the form of a photo ID driving license or a passport will be required at check-in. We do ask for you to indicate on your booking your estimated time of arrival. Please include names of all guests, full post code and house number of the person making the booking, as this is a compulsory requirement. Our insurance policy does not cover any accidental damage caused by the guest. Please ensure your own insurance policies cover loss or damage to personal property during your stay. A charge of 3.75% is levied for all credit cards. However, there is no charge for debit cards. Cardiff Serviced Apartments require payment in full prior to guests' arrival at the apartments.
